Acceptable Use Policy

Last modified: December 1st, 2024

Xentain Solutions Inc. strives to provide and maintain a high-level standard for our service quality as a lot of our clients depend on it. To maintain that high-level standard, we will not be providing services to anyone with the intent to use a service for any of the listed items below:

Fair-Use Policy

Unmetered/Unlimited:
Anything said to be unmetered or unlimited is meant to represent a large sum. However, we may not be able to provide that if we are at the peak of resources.

All networked services with the term "Unmetered Bandwidth" or "Unlimited Bandwidth" are limited to 2TB of bandwidth per Gigabyte of RAM per month by default to prevent abuse. If you require more bandwidth for your service, you may contact us to request an increased or uncapped limit with proper justification at no additional charge.

All Website Hosting and Reseller Website Hosting services with the term "Unmetered SSD Storage" have a soft limit of 100GB. If you require more storage for your service, you may contact us to request an increased or uncapped limit with proper justification at no additional charge.

IPv6 Subnets:
We provide a /124 IPv6 subnet with each service by default. If you require more IPv6 addresses, you may contact us to request an increased or uncapped limit with proper justification. Cost may apply depending on the block size requested. Services that were assigned a /64 IPv6 subnet on or prior to April 16th, 2024 are not able to use over 50 IP addresses at this time. This limit may be increased with proper justification via a ticket.

Bandwidth Usage:
All services on a non-dedicated network line may not constantly use more than 8% of the allocated network. Spikes are not counted towards this. If we detect that you are doing so, your service speed will be limited to 5Mbps and you will be contacted for a statement and further instructions on how to have the limit lifted.

Bandwidth sharing applications:
As of the 1st of November 2024, we no longer allow any form of bandwidth sharing application services, including but not limited to: Traffmonetizer, EarnApp, Honeygain, PacketStream, etc. Any use of these services is grounds for immediate suspension and termination of your service.

Public Proxies:
As of the 29th of November 2024, we no longer allow any form of public or private proxies to be hosted on our network. These restrictions may be discussed with our team if you have a legitimate use case. Any use of these is grounds for immediate suspension and termination of your service.
